Memory behind this minced beef recipe

At the time I got married I hardly knew how to cook. I just had some knowledge of cooking but it was very basic. Beef was not really available in Mangalore when I started to learn so there was not much of a chance to understand how to cook this dish. When I came down to Oman I had my hands on some very tasty minced beef but didn’t know what to do with it. Mom came to my rescue since she used to cook a lot of beef dishes when she was in Qatar.

This recipe not only brought back memories but also opened up some new opportunities for my keto life. Apart from eggs and chicken, I was relieved to have new meat added to my palate. It is important to experiment and try new things. I hope you try this recipe. It’s fairly simple and you can add your own tweaks to it. Happy cooking!!!
