The Memory Behind this Fish Fry Recipe

Personally, I don’t fancy seafood but being a Mangalorean kid I had no choice. My mom’s famous policy ‘ If you’re hungry, you will eat it or it’s okay, there are other people to eat your share’. Fish was always cooked, and we were given a choice to eat it or not. Eventually, we gave in and that’s when our love for fish grew. Fish fry being our favourite, we went from not eating to fighting for an extra share.

When I moved to India, I got to eat a variety of fish. My grandmom had her special fish fry recipe, one which would make you drool for more. Not to forget it is a famous starter with your favourite alcoholic drink. Loved by family and friends and a favourite to my hubby, I share with you this fish fry recipe. Do give it a try and share your comments below don’t forget to make memories on the way.
