Chicken, the go-to protein is easy to cook and mouthwatering. Great for keto dishes and anything in general. It’s Chicken!! From juicy Chicken Thighs to Tender Chicken breasts everything in a chicken is tasty and goes well with almost all dishes. You can call it a Winning meal if there is chicken on the table. When it’s Chicken curry you can never go wrong.

Humans are made with a great sense of taste and smell, and they always associate it with a memory. It can be something you ate while you vacationed in Japan or just normal home-cooked food.

The memory behind this Chicken curry recipe

Being a bachelor, my husband would crave his moms home cooked food, but men will be men (lazy!!). No one would want to put any effort into attempting to cook very complicated dishes. They would prefer some dal (Pulses) and rice or just get takeout. But that suddenly changed after marriage. As I said earlier, I was not interested in cooking and marriage just opened the kitchen doors for me. I was exploring and trying to learn the basics.

For a month, my husband didn’t really bother me, he ate what I made (even if my Chapatis looked like the map of a country!!!). But one day, we had been to his cousin’s place, and she made this Mangalorean Chicken Curry. Since then, he would mention it at least once every day!! Now I’m sure every new bride is told, ‘The way to your husband’s heart is his stomach’… Trust me ladies it’s true. I’m sure your husband loves you and all, but the food should be on point!!!

I called my mom and took the recipe from her (Thank God for Technology!!). The look on my husband’s face was worth the effort, he relished every morsel and mentioned how much he was craving for it. The best part, every time I make it, I get to see the same look and it makes me so happy. Whenever my husband’s bachelor friends come home, they enjoy this dish because it’s something that reminds them of home.

Try it!!

This Coriander Chicken Curry is a restaurant-styled dish that will make you want to have more. Best eaten with rice or neer dosa. You will feel the spices flow in your mouth. I hope you enjoy this dish and make a memory of your own
