Pepper – Cumin Chicken Fry

Who doesn’t like chicken… and especially when it is fried!! Hot, Juicy steaming chicken fry served with some chill beer or just on a regular evening dinner with steaming rice and dal. Describing this just made my mouth water and I’m sure to make this today in my kitchen.

A recipe that just fell in place by fluke is now the hero dish of my parties. One evening when my husband asked for something different than usual I was not sure of what to make for him. I just started adding one spice after the other and kept tasting till I felt it was right and came up with this beautiful chicken fry.

The idea behind tasty, juicy and healthy chicken fry is to poke holes in the chicken and shallow fry it on low heat. I think apart from just the ingredients the method to fry is very important because that’s what gives it an extra kick.

Thank me later because I’m sure you will love this dish. As I said, “who doesn’t love chicken, especially when it’s fried”. I would love to hear from you all, Happy Cooking!!
