Crispy Beer Battered Onion Rings

Why Onion Rings?Why Onion?

Its Onion!! all food is incomplete without it. I have been mesmerised by how an ‘Onion’ can make such a difference in different dishes. I believe it’s the only thing that tastes different based on how it’s cooked.

A Popular snack in the United States, you can find it in any fast food joint and restaurant as well. In India, it’s not that common though… However, I decided to make them at home!! They say when you can get it you make it!! It’s the passion to eat good food that drives cooking.

I remember how I and my siblings would fight over onion rings because more was never enough!! it was always our go-to snack and my dad was forced to distribute it equally to us while we were made to stand in a line. Poor dad, but these are the small things he still recalls today. By now you must have realized that I come from a home where food is a passion and cooking good food is the ultimate motive.

What kind of onion to use- Personally I love White Onions but you can use anything of your choice. Grab your aprons and make that foamy batter right now!!! Do give these scrumptious and crispy onion rings a try and let me know!! Happy Cooking!!
